As a Workday Adaptive Associate you will support client projects focused on Workday enterprise performance management, including planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and the broader use of business applications to improve operational efficiency. As an Associate you will focus on learning, contributing to project tasks, adapting to varied client needs, and building the skills needed to deliver quality work while developing commercial awareness and your personal brand. In this role at PwC, you will work within our business application consulting practice and support finance and accounting teams with software implementation, training, data accuracy, and day-to-day client support across a range of engagements.

Responsibilities

• - Supporting Workday Adaptive Planning implementation tasks and client support activities across planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
• - Assisting in gathering business requirements and translating finance and accounting needs into system configuration inputs
• - Configuring Workday Adaptive Planning components, including models, templates, reports, and dashboards
• - Participating in testing activities, issue tracking, and defect resolution during deployment and enhancement efforts
• - Analyzing planning data to identify trends, reconcile inputs, and support accurate financial reporting
• - Preparing documentation and learning materials that help clients use Workday Adaptive Planning tools and processes
• - Collaborating with senior team members to troubleshoot functional questions and support day-to-day project activities
• - Developing knowledge of Workday Adaptive integrations, platform capabilities, and financial planning workflows

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 1 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

• What Sets You Apart
• - At least one Workday Adaptive Planning or EPM certification
• - Demonstrating Workday Adaptive Planning configuration or support experience
• - Applying planning concepts across workforce and financial processes
• - Using data analysis to interpret patterns and inform recommendations
• - Adapting quickly across client teams and project tasks
• - Communicating clearly, asking questions, and learning from feedback
