As a Workday Core HCM Senior Associate you will help clients optimize human resources processes by analyzing requirements, configuring Workday HCM solutions, and supporting adoption across the full implementation lifecycle within our Technology Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, navigate complex situations, mentor junior team members, and deepen your technical skills while adapting to changing business needs and delivering work that aligns with project objectives. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to client support activities, help translate business needs into practical Workday solutions, provide training and issue resolution support, and bring a thoughtful, relationship-focused approach to work across multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• - Analyzing client requirements and translating Workday Core HCM needs into practical configuration activities
• - Supporting implementation workstreams across Core HCM, benefits administration, talent management, and workforce planning
• - Configuring Workday HCM features and validating data accuracy across employee records and core HR processes
• - Preparing functional documentation, process maps, and testing materials to support project delivery
• - Interpreting business issues and applying critical thinking to resolve configuration and process questions
• - Coordinating with client stakeholders to gather input, clarify requirements, and track workstream progress
• - Reviewing deliverables from junior team members and providing guidance on Workday HCM tasks and testing activities
• - Identifying opportunities to improve human resources processes through Workday functionality and process redesign
• - Supporting data analysis and reporting needs tied to workforce analytics, HR metrics, and organizational planning
• - Contributing to client discussions by explaining functional options, implementation impacts, and next steps

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 2 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

• What Sets You Apart
• - At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
• - Demonstrating Workday Core HCM configuration experience across client engagements
• - Applying human capital management knowledge to complex business process improvements
• - Interpreting data to shape Workday recommendations and delivery decisions
• - Mentoring junior team members through changing client priorities and ambiguity
• - Building client relationships through clear communication and active listening
