As a Workday Finance Senior Associate you will focus on consulting services for Workday finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for seamless adoption of Workday finance tools. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, manage assigned workstreams, and develop deliverables within client service engagements while building meaningful client connections, supporting junior team members, and deepening your technical skills within our Business Application Consulting practice. In this role at PwC, you will help clients improve financial reporting and streamline financial processes by applying business application consulting methods, using critical thinking to interpret feedback, and navigating changing project needs in a client support environment.

Responsibilities

• - Analyzing client finance requirements and translating them into Workday solutions that support reporting, accounting, and process improvement
• - Configuring and testing Workday Financial Management and Workday Financial Reporting and Analytics capabilities to align with client business needs
• - Supporting implementations by documenting functional requirements, solution designs, test scenarios, and issue resolution steps
• - Interpreting financial processes and data flows to identify system gaps, control considerations, and opportunities for streamlining
• - Developing deliverables for assigned workstreams, including functional specifications, status updates, and training materials
• - Guiding junior team members through assigned tasks and reviewing their work for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• - Building meaningful client relationships by anticipating questions, clarifying requirements, and communicating progress across project workstreams
• - Applying accounting and financial reporting knowledge to support finance transformation, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analytics initiatives

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 4 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

• What Sets You Apart
• - At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications in Financial Management, including Workday Financials, Accounting Center, Revenue Management, Expenses, or related finance platform credentials
• - Demonstrating Workday Financials implementation experience across client engagements
• - Analyzing finance processes and translating requirements into solution designs
• - Interpreting financial data to inform recommendations and reporting
• - Applying accounting and financial reporting knowledge within Workday projects
• - Mentoring junior team members while navigating complex client needs
