As a Workday Integration Senior Associate you will support people operations and human resource workstreams by managing Workday integration activities, resolving HR system issues, and contributing to the delivery of employee lifecycle processes within our Technology Consulting practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex problems, build client relationships, guide junior team members, and use critical thinking to manage multiple workstreams while developing your technical skills and personal brand. In this role at PwC, you will help validate that HR transactions, data flows, and system interactions align with business needs, while responding to inquiries, tracking escalations, and contributing to solutions that support onboarding, payroll, benefits, absence management, and employee recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• - Implementing Workday integrations across HR processes and employee lifecycle transactions
• - Developing and supporting integration solutions using Workday Studio, Workday Extend, and related tooling
• - Analyzing functional and technical requirements to translate business needs into integration designs
• - Troubleshooting data flow issues, system defects, and interface failures across connected platforms
• - Creating and maintaining integration documentation, mappings, and technical specifications
• - Collaborating with HR operations teams to support payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, and employee records
• - Monitoring interface performance and validating data accuracy across Workday reporting and analytics outputs
• - Reviewing client requests and technical changes to identify impacts, dependencies, and delivery risks
• - Mentoring junior team members and reviewing assigned work for completeness and alignment with project goals

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 2 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required

• - At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to technical architecture and integrations, including Workday Integrations, Studio, Extend, Security, or related platform technology credentials
• - Delivering Workday integrations using Studio, Extend, or security
• - Analyzing complex client needs across Workday workstreams and integrations
• - Interpreting data and feedback to guide delivery recommendations
• - Building client relationships while anticipating team needs
• - Mentoring junior team members through changing project demands
