As a Workday PATT Senior Associate you will support client engagements within our Workday practice, helping analyze needs, implement Workday HCM solutions, and provide training and support that help clients improve human capital processes. As a Senior Associate you will build meaningful client connections, navigate complex situations, and grow your personal brand while deepening your technical skills, anticipating team and client needs, and mentoring junior team members. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will contribute to multiple workstreams, interpret feedback, use critical thinking to break down complex concepts, and apply data and business context to deliver work that aligns with project goals and the broader application consulting agenda.

Responsibilities

  • - Analyzing client requirements and translating business needs into Workday human capital solutions
  • - Implementing Workday HCM configurations and supporting enhancements across human resources processes
  • - Managing assigned workstreams through design, testing, deployment, and post go-live support activities
  • - Interpreting data, process gaps, and user feedback to inform solution recommendations
  • - Developing functional documentation, process maps, and testing materials for client deliverables
  • - Coordinating issue resolution across configuration, data, and integration workstreams
  • - Guiding junior team members through task execution, issue tracking, and deliverable preparation
  • - Building client relationships by anticipating needs and communicating progress on implementation activities
  • - Applying Workday talent, recruiting, and workforce planning knowledge to support transformation efforts

What You Must Have

  • - At least a Bachelor's degree
  • - At least 2 years of experience
  • - Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • What Sets You Apart
  • - At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
  • - Demonstrating Workday HCM project support across client service engagements
  • - Applying analytical thinking to complex human capital processes
  • - Interpreting data to shape insights and recommendations
  • - Building client relationships while anticipating team needs
  • - Guiding junior teammates through feedback and mentoring
