Job Description:

Fully remote but candidates need to live in Chicago area for occasional onsite meetings

Schedule: Role is per diem/as needed for coverage and additional hours available per month for projects 8a-4:30p shifts when scheduled

• •Other duties as assigned.
• •Provides training on post-injury management protocols and procedures. Ensures reasons for reoccurrence are addressed to prevent future injuries.
• •Analyzes event reports to identify trends and commonalities.
• •Maintains accurate records of post-injury management activities and outcomes.
• •Administers post-injury management programs, including return-to-work policies.
• •Coordinates discussions on medical restrictions, reasonable accommodations, job re-assignment, and potential outcomes.
• •Monitors leaves and restricted work to ensure compliance and effective management.
• •Partners with managers to arrange return-to-work plans and alternative work arrangements.
• •Conducts data analysis to support organizational goals and improve program effectiveness.
• •Advocates for injured associates throughout the medical management process.
• •Communicates event reporting system expectations to staff and leadership.

Education:

Bachelor's [Required]

Work Experience:

• •3+ years related experience [Preferred]
• •Hospital-based workers' compensation or hospital occupational health experience [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$28.73 - $53.44
