Your Role We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Customer Success Team in Cologne.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience working with customers, contribute to customer projects, and support experienced Customer Success Managers with standard trainings and webinars.

• How You Make an Impact
• •You support our Customer Success Managers in customer projects and help customers in a structured and solution-oriented way.
• •You take ownership of your own tasks in customer interactions – from preparing and documenting information to preparing customer-specific content and following up on next steps.
• •You support online trainings and webinars for new users and learn, together with experienced colleagues, how to communicate content clearly and in a customer-oriented way.
• •You work closely with our Customer Success Team and gain hands-on insights into customer support, the digital energy industry, and our software solutions.

• Your Profile
• •You speak very good German and good English.
• •You are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a technical focus, e.g. Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Energy Management, Renewable Energies, or a comparable field.
• •You are hands-on, work independently, and enjoy finding practical solutions.
• •You enjoy working with customers and users and have a good understanding of their needs.
• •You enjoy preparing information, trainings, and meetings and documenting results clearly and in a structured way.
• •You are confident using MS Office and ideally have experience with tools such as Notion, HubSpot, or similar CRM/documentation tools.
• •You are interested in Customer Success, digital products, and the energy industry and are eager to grow in an open and collaborative team.
