the posting

Your mission At deskbird, your work is visible from day one. As a working student, you get real projects and real ownership, and you learn how a fast-growing B2B SaaS company does marketing.

We're a leading workplace management platform, backed by $23M Series B funding and trusted by global brands. The company is founder-led and fast-moving, and we care about building a high-performance culture without the corporate politics.

As our Working Student Marketing, you'll support the marketing team across campaigns, content, events, and performance tracking. You'll work closely with Demand Generation, Content, and Product Marketing, and help turn ideas into campaigns that generate pipeline.

  • In this role you will
  • Support campaigns end to end
  • Help plan, set up, and launch multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn, paid, web).
  • Build and update landing pages, emails, and campaign assets in our marketing tools.
  • Create content
  • Write and edit copy for social media, newsletters, blog articles, and landing pages.
  • Create simple visuals and social assets using our brand templates.
  • Bring events to life
  • Support the planning and logistics of webinars, trade fairs, roundtables, and local events.
  • Handle invitations, registrations, and event follow-up with the team.
  • Track and improve performance
  • Build reports on campaign results and channel performance.
  • Help keep tracking and CRM data clean (HubSpot).
  • Do research
  • Research target accounts, competitors, and market trends for the team.
  • Bring your own ideas for testing new formats, channels, and messages.
  • What you need to be successful
  • Enrolled as a student (e.g. Marketing, Business, Communications, or similar) in Germany
  • Available for 16–20 hours per week for at least 6 months
  • Based in or near Berlin, happy to work from our office regularly
  • Fluent German and strong English, written and spoken
  • First marketing experience (internship, student job, or your own projects) is a plus
  • Good writing skills and an eye for detail
  • Comfortable with tools like Canva, Google Workspace, or HubSpot (or quick to learn them)
  • Proactive and hands-on: you ask questions, take ownership, and follow through
  • What’s in it for you?
  • Real impact: Your own projects and responsibilities, not coffee runs.
  • Learning from the team: Close mentoring from experienced B2B SaaS marketers.
  • Flexible hours: Working hours that fit around your lectures and exams.
  • Annual company summit: Meet the whole team at our yearly summit in inspiring locations across Europe.
  • Team "Bursts": Opportunities to collaborate with your team in person.
  • Modern office in Berlin: Plus the flexibility of hybrid work.
