Working Student Quality & Product Governance (x|f|m)

Become part of our Quality & Product Governance team as a Working Student (x|f|m) and play a key role in organizing and further developing our test lab. With your contribution, you will support the verification of our software on electronic assemblies and help create innovative solutions for better health for more people. The position is based at our site in Guxhagen.

As a Working Student (x|f|m), you benefit twice over: you gain valuable practical experience while earning money alongside your studies. With a weekly working time of 20 hours, you will still have sufficient time to focus on your studies.

Grow with us – your responsibilities

• •Maintain and continuously improve the team's SharePoint sites, ensuring documents, templates, records, and governance information are current, well-structured, and easily accessible
• •Support Quality Engineers in planning, coordinating, and tracking quality activities, including document reviews, approval workflows, and follow-up actions
• •Assist in the preparation, review, and maintenance of quality documentation, procedures, work instructions, reports, and compliance-related records
• •Collect, analyse, and update Quality KPI dashboards and performance metrics, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for management reviews and governance meetings
• •Provide administrative and operational support for the Quality and Product Governance team, including meeting preparation, action item tracking, document management, and process improvement initiatives

What will convince us

• •Ongoing studies in computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable field
• •Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications, particularly SharePoint, Excel, Power BI, Word, and PowerPoint
• •Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and documentation skills
• •Strong analytical mindset and interest in quality management and process governance
• •Good communication skills and ability to work independently in a cross-functional environment
• •Fluent English; German is an advantage
