Working Student Sales Operations (gn)

Your mission The Bikeleasing Group stands for modern mobility and employee benefit solutions that intelligently connect companies, specialist retailers and employees. As we continue to grow, we are looking for support in our Sales Operations team. As a Working Student Sales Operations (gn), you will support our team with day-to-day activities. You will help keep information, CRM data, reports and process documentation well structured and reliable. At the same time, you will gain valuable insights into our sales processes and systems and may take on smaller projects, depending on your skills and interests. Sounds interesting? • •You maintain and structure content, documents and information in SharePoint
• •You review and update CRM data in HubSpot and help ensure reliable data quality
• •You support the creation, maintenance and management of reports and dashboards
• •You create and update training and process documentation for the Sales team
• •You take on careful administrative tasks while gaining a broad understanding of our sales processes and systems
• •Depending on your skills and interests, you may take on smaller projects, such as further developing our SharePoint structure

• Your profile
• •You are interested in CRM systems and careful data maintenance, ideally with HubSpot
• •You work in a structured, careful and reliable way
• •You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• •Initial experience with reports, dashboards or data analysis is an advantage
• •You are interested in sales processes and sales operations
