Create an engaging, welcoming, and seamless workplace experience for employees and visitors within a dynamic multinational corporate environment in Bangkok. As a Floor Ambassador, you will be highly visible across the workplace, proactively supporting employees, maintaining excellent workplace standards, and coordinating with Facilities, vendors, and other support teams to ensure an exceptional day-to-day office experience. About the Role:
- Serve as a highly visible and approachable workplace ambassador , proactively engaging with employees and visitors, responding to workplace enquiries and requests, and helping create a welcoming, service-oriented environment.
- Conduct regular floor walks and workplace checks to ensure meeting rooms, collaboration areas, pantries, common spaces, and other workplace facilities are clean, functional, presentable, and ready for use throughout the day.
- Identify and follow up on Facilities and workplace issues , coordinating with Facilities Management, cleaning, engineering, security, pantry, and other service providers to ensure requests and operational issues are resolved promptly.
- Support the delivery of an excellent employee and workplace experience , including meeting and event support, workplace activities, visitor requirements, space readiness, and other day-to-day operational needs.
- Build strong relationships with employees, internal stakeholders, and service partners, gathering feedback, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting initiatives that continuously enhance workplace experience and service quality.
About You:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Tourism, Communications, or a related discipline , or equivalent relevant experience.
- Min. 1-3 years experience in workplace experience, corporate hospitality, customer service, front-of-house, guest relations, Facilities Management, coworking, hotels, airlines, or another service-oriented environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills , with a naturally approachable, proactive, and service-oriented mindset and confidence engaging with employees, visitors, and stakeholders throughout the workplace.
- Highly observant, organized, and hands-on, with the ability to identify workplace issues, coordinate multiple requests, follow through on actions, and maintain consistently high standards of presentation and service.
- Good communication skills in Thai and English , with the ability to collaborate effectively with Facilities teams, vendors, service partners, and employees in a fast-paced multinational workplace.
