About the Opportunity

As Reli. has grown, workplace experience has become one of the real drivers of how it feels to work here, on both sides: the events and engagement that build our culture, and the day-to-day operation of keeping the office stocked, organized, and running smoothly. We're hiring an experienced owner to run both, end to end, and to set the standard for how they're done.

This is a role for someone who works independently and brings ideas forward rather than waiting to be assigned them. You'll own how workplace experience gets planned, executed, documented, and improved over time, and you'll be a visible, trusted presence for employees across the company.
