Track preventive maintenance, inspections, work orders, and facility records to help keep the site operating reliably.

Coordinate on-site vendors and contractors, including scheduling visits, arranging access, and following up on completed work.

Help maintain organized, functional shared spaces and support changes to layouts, equipment placement, and employee work areas.

Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements to facility processes, service schedules, and the employee workplace experience.

Basic Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in facilities, workplace operations, property operations, or a related role.

Experience coordinating maintenance requests, service providers, or day-to-day operations in a busy facility.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, including the ability to track multiple requests through completion.

Clear communication skills and a practical, service-oriented approach to working with employees, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, laboratory, or other equipment-intensive environment.

Familiarity with building systems, preventive maintenance, or facility work order software.

Experience supporting a growing team or a facility with both production and office space.

Experience coordinating space changes, equipment installations, or facility improvement projects.
