Works Co-ordinator

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Works Co-ordinator to join our Depot based in Glasgow.

About the role:

Location: Glasgow

Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Salary: £28,000 - £31,000 dependant on experience

What you will be doing

Liaising with our procurement team, transport team and training team

Raising of purchase orders through our online portals

Organization of vehicle maintenance calendars

Arranging and tracking works permits

Supporting with risk assessments & method statements,

Collation of personnel-related paperwork such as inductions, training, leaver and joiner details

Logging absence requests

General admin duties around the depot
