What You’ll Do:

• •Administer and oversee the administration of human resources programs including, but not
• limited to, payroll, benefits, performance and talent management, productivity, employee
• relations, recognition, DEI, and training and development.

• •Collaborate with Director, HR to understand the organization's goals and strategy related to
• staffing, recruiting, and retention. Executes best practices for hiring and talent
• management.

Build effective relationships across the organization through effective communication.

• •Confidentially manage disputes and grievance resolution through effective incident
• investigations.

• •Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, while addressing various
• collective agreement requirements.

Facilitate the professional development, training, and career development of direct reports.

• •Ensure all employee information in company HRIS system through effective process audits
• and established audit schedules.

• •Collaborate with Health and Safety to support initiatives, programs, and promote safety at
• work.

What We’re Looking For:

• •Post-Secondary Degree, Diploma, or Post-Graduate Certificate in Human Resources or Human
• Resources Management or a related field

3+ Years HR generalist experience

2+ Years experience coaching/ providing leadership
