Responsibilities:

• •Provide prompt, friendly customer service to all team members and customers.
• •Maintain Ice Surfaces, general facilities cleaning and maintenance.
• •If needed, answer phones and respond to questions about our programs.
• •Ability to make decisions quickly with Confidence .
• •Understand and follow company policies, procedures and safety rules.
• •Adhere to company work hours, policies, procedures and rules regarding professional staff behavior.
• •Team members may be required to perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements & Attendance

• •Must be able to work in a cold environment.
• •Ability to lift 30lbs
• •Have basic computer skills
• •Ability to work flexible schedule nights, weekends and holidays based on business needs.
• •Occasionally required to sit
• •Frequently required to walk, reach, talk and hear.
• •Specific vision abilities required by this role include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• •Must have a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation is needed.
