Job Title : Zuora Billing & Integration Consultant

Job Type : Full-Time

Experience : 2-3 years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities:

• •Hands-on experience with Zuora Billing, Payments, Revenue, and Subscription Management.
• •Experience supporting Stripe Payment Gateway integration and payment processing workflows.
• •Good understanding of Zuora integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ERP, CRM, and third-party systems.
• •Experience working with billing, invoicing, payments, refunds, collections, and reconciliation processes.
• •Exposure to Oracle EBS and financial system integrations.
• •Experience configuring and supporting Zuora solutions based on business and functional requirements.
• •Good understanding of Quote-to-Cash (QTC) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• •Understanding of Revenue Recognition and basic financial operations.
• •Good knowledge of subscription lifecycle management, including orders, amendments, renewals, cancellations, upgrades, and downgrades.
• •Understanding of Zuora Revenue processes and revenue recognition concepts.
• •Good SQL skills for data validation, reporting, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• •Basic to good experience with API troubleshooting and integration debugging.
• •Ability to understand business and finance requirements and translate them into Zuora functional configurations and technical solutions.
• •Collaborate with Finance, Product, Engineering, Sales, and IT teams to support and improve billing and payment processes.
• •Support PCI compliance, payment security, financial data integrity, and audit requirements.
• •Troubleshoot billing, payment, subscription, and integration issues and work with technical teams to resolve production issues.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
