What You'll Be Doing

• •Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer locations.
• •Inspect equipment daily and perform routine vehicle safety checks.
• •Provide professional customer service at delivery sites while ensuring timely deliveries.
• •Operate chute systems and assist with unloading concrete in accordance with site requirements.
• •Comply with all company, DOT, environmental, and safety policies and procedures.

Conditions of Employment

• •Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• •Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

What We Offer

• •$20.60 to $25.67 per hour
• •Candidates with one year or more of RMC experience are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus , payable after 90 days of successful employment.
