What You'll Be Doing

  • Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and complete required documentation.
  • Deliver products efficiently while maintaining excellent customer service and professional communication.
  • Operate truck equipment and assist with the safe unloading of concrete at delivery locations.
  • Follow all company safety policies, transportation regulations, and operational procedures.

What Are We Looking For

  • Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and ability to maintain an acceptable driving record.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safety, reliability, and responsible equipment operation.
  • Ability to work independently, manage delivery schedules, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills when interacting with customers and team members.
  • Capability to perform physical job duties, including climbing, lifting, and working outdoors in varying conditions.

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

What We Offer

  • $20.60 to $25.67 per hour
  • Candidates with one year or more of RMC experience are eligible for a $1,500 sign-on bonus , payable after 90 days of successful employment.
