1st Shift Assembly- Plastics

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Trim and Finish position has the responsibility to work safely, maintain a positive attitude, be respectful to all and focus efforts and abilities towards building a quality product in the time allocated. The Trim and Finish position transforms raw materials and purchased parts into completed products.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• •Performs Standard Work and any Supervisor/Lead requests
• •Follows all Safety Procedures
• •Performs finishing operations on parts to produce a finished product.
• •Identifies and reports any scrapped product.
• •Packages and skids finished product.
• •ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

• •Ability to read and write.
• •Basic computer skills
• •Ability to use hand tools and measuring equipment.
