Email [email protected]. It helps to include:

• The email address on your hirly account
• What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
• The job or application it is about, if there is one
• The assistant you were using (for example ChatGPT or Claude), if the problem happened there

We never ask for your password, a sign-in code or your card number. Do not send them.

My assistant says it is not allowed to apply for me

Applying is off unless you turn it on. In hirly, open Connected assistants, press “Let it apply” next to that assistant, then press “Allow” to confirm. That is the only switch: ask your assistant again, and it still asks you to confirm each job.

An application is waiting on my answers

The employer's form asked something only you can answer. Answer in the chat with your assistant, or in hirly, where the waiting questions are listed. hirly waits 72 hours; after that nothing is sent.

hirly stopped and gave me a link to the employer

Some employer sites need a sign-in, a code sent to you, or a CAPTCHA. hirly does not do those for you: it hands the application back with the employer's link so you can finish it yourself.

My assistant says my plan does not include this

Your assistant uses the plan on your hirly account. It can always show your plan and whether your profile is set up; matched jobs, résumé versions and applications need a paid plan.

1. In hirly, open Connected assistants and press “Disconnect” next to the assistant. Its access ends straight away, and it can no longer start applications for you.
2. In your assistant, remove hirly from its plugins or connectors so it stops offering the tools.

To keep an assistant connected but stop it applying for you, press “Stop it applying” on the same page.

You can view and edit your profile, and delete your account, from your account settings in the app. Deleting your account deletes your profile, résumés, cover letters, saved answers and application history.
