hirly in your AI assistant
Connect hirly to ChatGPT, Claude or any assistant that supports MCP. Your assistant gets the jobs hirly matched to your résumé, the context to tailor each application, and a record of which résumé went to which job. If you allow it, it can also start an application for a job you confirm, and pass on your answers to the questions the employer’s form asks. It works with a paid hirly plan.

- In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Security and login, and turn on Developer mode.
- Open chatgpt.com/plugins, press the plus button, and enter the server URL above.
Claude
- In Claude, open the connectors directory, find hirly and connect it.
- Or add a custom connector with the server URL above.
Then, in any assistant
- Sign in with your hirly account when asked. hirly shows what the assistant will be able to do.
- Choose whether it may start applications for you. This is off unless you tick it, and you can change it later in Connected assistants.
- Press Allow, then ask for your best new job matches.
Applying for you
Applying is off unless you turn it on. When it is on, your assistant names the job and the company and asks you to confirm before each application — one job at a time. hirly fills and submits the employer’s form with your résumé, a cover letter and your saved answers. If the form asks something only you can answer, the application pauses and your assistant asks you; hirly waits 72 hours and sends nothing if you do not answer. hirly does not sign in to employer sites or get past a CAPTCHA: those applications come back to you with the employer’s link.

| answer_questions | Sends the answers you give in the chat, so hirly can finish the application. Only if you allowed applying. |
| submit_application | Starts hirly applying to one job for you, after you confirm that job in the chat. Only if you allowed applying. |

- Start an application unless you allowed applying and confirmed that job
- Sign in to an employer’s site or get past a CAPTCHA for you
- Delete anything in your hirly account
- Read the rest of your hirly account
- See your card details
What a tool returns is sent to your assistant’s provider (for example OpenAI or Anthropic) and handled under their terms. See the privacy policy.
Disconnect
