As a SAP - Manager you will lead SAP controls assessment engagements, focusing on planning, staffing, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and completion. As a Manager you will guide and coach your team, leveraging individual strengths to meet client expectations while maintaining quality and timelines. Within our Audit and Assurance practice, you will support business transformation digital solutions work that helps clients assess ERP security, business process, and IT general controls during transformation efforts.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will use your knowledge of SAP security and controls to support client processes before go-live, while collaborating across teams to address issues, review deliverables, and contribute to a culture of accountability and integrity.

Responsibilities

• - Leading SAP controls assessment engagements across planning, staffing, budgeting, execution, monitoring, and completion
• - Guiding teams through ERP security, business process, and IT general controls review activities
• - Reviewing SAP security, access control, and governance, risk, and compliance configurations to identify control gaps
• - Coordinating control testing and issue documentation for SAP transformation programs before go-live
• - Coaching team members on control assessment methods, workpaper development, and client deliverables
• - Managing timelines, milestones, and deliverable quality across multiple workstreams
• - Interpreting business process and system control requirements to support risk-focused recommendations
• - Communicating findings and practical remediation guidance to client stakeholders and internal leadership

What You Must Have

• - Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Science, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Accounting & Technology, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics and/or other relevant degree
• - At least 4 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required
