As a System Transformation SAP Senior Associate you will assist clients with business transformations leveraging large scale digital solutions such as SAP, Oracle, OneStream, Workday, Identity and Access Management tools, and other business applications within our Audit and Assurance practice. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex challenges, build meaningful client relationships, and guide junior team members while deepening your technical skills and professional judgment. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will support ERP security, business process controls, and IT General Controls assessments, while helping clients understand leading practice recommendations during transformation efforts.

Responsibilities

• - Analyzing SAP transformation workstreams to identify risks, control gaps, and process impacts across business and technology functions
• - Supporting ERP security, access control, and IT controls assessments throughout system transformation engagements
• - Reviewing business process changes and control design to identify weaknesses and recommend practical remediation options
• - Interpreting client data and process documentation to develop insights that inform control testing and transformation decisions
• - Coordinating assigned deliverables across project activities while managing priorities and deadlines
• - Developing meaningful client relationships by responding to questions, clarifying requirements, and communicating progress
• - Guiding junior team members on control testing steps, documentation standards, and issue tracking
• - Applying knowledge of SAP GRC, SAP ERP, and related business applications to support risk and control evaluations
• - Contributing to discussions on process improvement, security control assessment, and SOX compliance activities
• - Maintaining awareness of the broader engagement objectives and adapting to changing client needs and system requirements

What You Must Have

• - Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Finance, Management Information Systems, Management Information Systems & Accounting, Computer and Information Science, Computer and Information Science & Accounting, Information Science, Economics, Economics and Finance, Economics and Finance & Technology, Business Administration/Management, Engineering, Accounting & Technology, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Mathematical Statistics and/or other relevant degree
• - At least 2 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required
