Your responsibilities

• •Reconcile accounts and verify journal entries to ensure the general ledger is accurate and complete.
• •Analyze financial information and prepare accounting reports and statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, depreciation statements, debtor and creditor lists, repayment schedules, and regulatory filings.
• •Provide accounting support and guidance on hedge accounting and POC accounting to support forecasting and financial decision-making.
• •Prepare and issue accurate invoices to sales teams, logistics teams, and customers in a timely manner.
• •Resolve invoice-related queries and address billable line-item discrepancies.
• •Review purchase orders and sales transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• •Collaborate with sales and logistics teams to verify transaction details and resolve invoicing issues.
• •Monitor customer accounts, track timely payments, and maintain accurate customer records.
• •Maintain complete electronic and paper records of invoices and financial transactions.
• •Support audits, prepare invoicing activity reports, and ensure adherence to financial procedures and policies.

Expectations from you

• •1 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• •Knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and financial reporting requirements.
• •Experience with account reconciliations and journal entry verification.
• •Ability to prepare and analyze financial reports and accounting statements.
• •Understanding of invoicing processes, purchase orders, and sales transactions.
• •Experience handling invoice-related queries and payment tracking activities.
• •Ability to work effectively with finance, sales, and logistics stakeholders.
• •Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate financial records.
• •Ability to work independently while managing routine accounting activities.
• •Experience supporting audits and regulatory reporting activities.

Experience with reconciliations, invoicing, financial reporting, and accounting compliance will be essential.
