Accounting Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Accounting Manager based in the United States.

• The Accounting Manager will lead the day-to-day accounting operations of a mission-driven professional services organization.
• This role owns core accounting processes, including the general ledger, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, cash, payroll, and trust accounting.
• You will manage monthly and year-end close activities while ensuring financial records are accurate, timely, and well documented.
• The position also contributes to financial reporting, budgeting support, audits, tax preparation, internal controls, and process improvements.
• As the operational leader for accounting, you will supervise and develop accounting staff while maintaining reliable workflows and controls.
• You will work closely with finance leadership and cross-functional teams in a collaborative, fully remote environment.
