• יום בחייך ב-MKS:
• כמנהל/ת חשבונות ספקים ולקוחות ב-MKS, תהיה/י חלק ממחלקת הכספים לטיפול ותמיכה בספקים ולקוחות.
• ב-MKS תצטרף/י לחברה טכנולוגית גלובלית ומתקדמת, שמובילה חדשנות ומטמיעה תהליכים מתקדמים בתחום הכספים.
• זו הזדמנות לקחת חלק בצוות גלובלי, לעבוד עם מערכות ERP מתקדמות ולהיות שותף/ה לתהליכים משמעותיים שמשפיעים על פעילות החברה בעולם.
• בתפקיד זה, תדווח/י למנהלת צוות בכספים.

תחומי אחריות מרכזיים:

• •טיפול בכל תחומי הנהלת חשבונות ספקים ולקוחות, כולל אימות וקליטת חשבוניות מול הזמנות רכש
• •התאמות כרטיסים
• •טיפול בהתכתבויות ספקים ולקוחות, תזכורות תשלום ופניות פנימיות
• •חשבונות חתך וסגירת תקופה
• •טיפול בנושאי הנהלת חשבונות נוספים במידת הצורך
• •בניית קשרי עבודה חיוביים בתוך החברה ומחוצה לה
• •שיתוף פעולה הדוק עם הממשקים הפנימיים ברכש, לוגיסטיקה ובקרה

מיומנויות נדרשות לתפקיד:

• •מנהל/ת חשבונות סוג 2 – חובה, סוג 3 – יתרון
• •ניסיון בעבודה מול ספקים
• •אנגלית ברמה גבוהה
• •שליטה ב-Excel ברמה גבוהה – חובה
• •עבודה עצמאית וראש גדול
• •גישה מקצועית ויזומה לעבודה, תשומת לב רבה לפרטים
• •שליטה במערכת SAP – יתרון משמעותי
• •נכונות ופתיחות לשינויים
