Our Administrative Assistant (AA) position is available to professionals looking for an entry-level administrative role in healthcare. The AA will assist our Administrative department and Clinical teams. The position requires strong organization, time management, and customer service skills. Proficiency in computer use, Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Email) and skill in utilizing scanner, copier and printer are a must.
Pay: $20 - $22 / hour
Availability: Monday-Friday from 10:00am to 6:30pm (Full-Time, In-Person)

Responsibilities
- Front desk coverage (emails, phones, texts, patient check in/out, mail)
- Closing routines for clinics
- Attend to the clinic environment for cleanliness, safety, etc.
- Assist with tracking client and staff attendance
- Assist with tracking unrendered sessions and take steps to complete billing
- Run and maintain necessary reports
- Assist with Credentialing tasks for the company
