What you'll be doing
CIBC’s Wood Gundy team is the full-service brokerage division of CIBC serving our high net worth clientele. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide ongoing support to the branch manager, investment advisors and their teams through managing the reception area of the Wood Gundy branch, provide excellent customer service to clients, and manage the day to day activities. You will also ensure the efficiency of the operations of the branch through a wide range of administrative activities.

Important information

- You must be currently enrolled in post-secondary education and returning to full-time studies to be eligible. However, you do not need to be in a registered Co-op program to be considered for a role.

- Work Location: Halifax, NS. Further clarity on the work location will be provided at the time of your interview. Please note all employees must work within their current jurisdiction and must reside within Canada.
- Duration of term: 4 months (January 2027 – April 2027)

- Administrative support - Maintaining compliance standards in client dealings/client files. Conduct administrative activities and engage in administrative processes associated with branch management.
