Agency Digital Platform Lead & Enablement

Join us as a Digital Platform Lead & Enablement and help drive the future of digital recruitment and agency enablement at Manulife Indonesia. In this role, you will own product strategy, lead platform enhancements, and work with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver meaningful business outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to influence business decisions, improve customer and agent experiences, and shape the evolution of a strategic digital platform. Position Responsibilities:

• •Define and prioritize the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and customer needs.
• •Own product requirements, backlog prioritization, scope management, and acceptance of delivered solutions.
• •Develop business cases, support investment planning, and track business value realization.
• •Drive customer journey improvements and platform enhancements while ensuring governance and risk management.
• •Collaborate with business, technology, operations, compliance, legal, and regional stakeholders to deliver strategic initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• •Minimum 5 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Platforms, Business Analysis, or Digital Transformation.
• •Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience working with Agile delivery, backlog management, and digital product development.
• •Strong understanding of application development logic, system integration, APIs, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• •Previous experience as a Software Developer, System Analyst, Technical Lead, or similar technical role.
• •Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• •Experience in insurance, financial services, or digital distribution platforms.
• •Experience preparing business cases, investment proposals, and benefit realization reports.
• •Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across business and technology teams.
• •Experience working with regional and cross-functional teams.
• •CSPO, SAFe POPM, Scrum, or other Agile-related certifications are an advantage.
