About the role

As an AI Deployment Manager (ADM) at SpaceXAI, you’ll own the post-sale journey for a portfolio of enterprise customers, driving adoption, retention, and expansion. You’ll help organizations successfully roll out Grok, Grok Build (Cursor), Grok Bot, and Grok APIs and evolve how they work with AI across knowledge work and coding.

You’ll operate at the center of each account, partnering with developers, admins, and executives while working closely with Sales, Field Engineering, Product, and Support. You’ll shape rollout strategy and influence SpaceXAI’s roadmap priorities through customer insight.

Success is measured by customer retention, product adoption, and revenue expansion.

What you’ll do

Manage a book of business with our top enterprise customers, owning the long-term success of each account

Engage CTO / VP / SVP Engineering stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and guide AI-driven organizational change

Lead enterprise rollouts end-to-end: onboarding, enablement, internal champions, and scaled adoption

Turn high-impact use cases into durable, repeatable workflows across teams

Monitor account health and usage data to drive renewals and expansion with AEs

Represent the customer internally, synthesizing feedback and influencing product priorities

You’ve worked at the intersection of business and technology and thrive in customer-facing roles

You can translate customer needs into clear technical plans and measurable outcomes

You understand modern engineering and knowledge-work orgs, the SDLC, developer and knowledge-worker workflows, and tool adoption

You communicate comfortably with multiple functions around an enterprise including developers and senior executives

You’re analytical and operational, using data to prioritize and drive action

You’re already a power user of Grok, Grok Build (Cursor), Grok Bot, or Grok APIs (or modern AI tools for knowledge work and coding) with strong opinions about what great looks like (big plus)

Speak fluent Japanese and business level English
