About the Role

You'll join a small, fast-moving team building end-to-end AI systems for a B2B SaaS platform that automates quoting and order processing for distributors and manufacturers. Sitting at the intersection of AI, data engineering, and full-stack development, this role has a direct impact on the product's core intelligence and scalability.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and deploy AI agents end-to-end across the full stack.

Work with embeddings and fine-tune LLMs for classification and reranking tasks.

Optimize algorithms to improve product search quality and relevance.

Apply RLHF and DPO techniques to align LLMs with human feedback.

Build and maintain data pipelines to process large-scale unstructured data efficiently.

Harden and scale the backend for reliability and performance.

What We're Looking For

2+ years of engineering experience, with a strong AI/LLM or backend-oriented focus rather than a primarily frontend profile.

Solid hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs, embeddings, and AI-powered applications.

Demonstrated ability to build and scale data and ML pipelines, including large-scale unstructured data.

Practical experience applying RLHF or DPO to align language models with human feedback.

Full-stack development skills using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.

Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and infrastructure as code (Terraform).

Strong computer science fundamentals.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: 80,000 to 130,000 EUR per year, depending on experience.

Visa sponsorship: available.

Location

On-site in Munich, Bavaria, Germany. Candidates must be willing and able to work in person on a regular basis.
