ESARC BORDEAUX, recherche pour son entreprise partenaire, un.e Consultant en immobilier location en contrat d’alternance.

Missions :

Rattaché(e) à l’équipe commerciale, vous serez chargé(e) de :

- Visite des biens

- Constitution des dossiers de candidature locataire

- Etude de solvabilité des dossiers de candidature

- Rédaction du contrat de location

- Fixation des rendez-vous d'états des lieux

- Gestion administrative et technique des biens

- Développement du portefeuille de gestion en accompagnement

Profil :

Permis + véhiculée

Appétence pour le domaine de l’immobilier

A l’aise à l’oral

Lieu de l'alternance : Bordeaux

Type de contrat : Apprentissage

Formation : Aucun frais ne sera à la charge des candidats

Rémunération selon niveau d'études + âge

Prochaine rentrée : Septembre/Octobre
