• As a Growth & Media Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue through performance marketing.
• You’ll manage paid media campaigns across major platforms while connecting channel performance to the full customer journey.
• The role combines data analysis, experimentation, automation, and strategic thinking to identify opportunities for sustainable growth.
• You’ll use performance insights to optimize campaigns, audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, and conversion journeys.
• You’ll also explore practical applications of AI to automate repetitive marketing tasks and improve the speed and quality of decision-making.
• Working in a fully remote environment, you’ll collaborate with Branding and Content teams while documenting experiments and learnings.
