Job Summary



 To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add Analyst – Intercompany located in Chennai.

What a typical day looks like:

• •Support invoice Processing (Trade & Non-Trade) Activity as per the standard operating procedures and meet the targets.
• •Resolve discrepant invoices as per the standard operating procedures
• •Validating, Executing the Payment to Internal Supplier / and closure of invoices with Collection Funds and Disputes Management
• •Reporting activities - Generate and update the Interco AP & AR Aging Past Dues Analysis & other MIS Reporting as per the Process
• •Suggest and track passing rectification entries for the errors identified by internal QC team.
• •Reconciliation of AR & AP Sub-Ledger vs Trial balance
• •Interco Month end Activity on performing Reconciliation Package and Posting Accruals Entries as per the standard operating Procedures
• •Support Balance Sheet reconciliation Post Month-end Activity by Providing Necessary attachment or Approval from Site Finance
• •Support Audit & Compliance as per the Standard Operating Procedures.
• •Maintain daily productivity log

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• •B.com / BBA(Finance) / M.Com / MBA(Finance).
• •Good understanding on MS applications.
• •0-1 Year Exp in Accounting /AP Domain
• •Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• •Good written/oral communication skills in English
• •Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems.
• •Good analytical skills and should be a team player.
• •Willingness to work in complex environment with strict deadlines on projects
