• •Responsible for all aspects of the relationship with a specific supplier within a commodity.
• •Directs and manages all schedules and purchase orders for the client account of the product family.
• •Ensures product is delivered on time, meets quality standards and at the right cost.
• •Support on communicating with supplier on replenishment of QN related items and quantity
• •Creating and maintaining an inventory according to the need of MRP
• •Liaising with Finance team to determine payment status of their respective supplier/s.
• •Adheres to and participates in all EHS practices and standards across the site, including but not limited to proactive reporting of observed hazards and recommendations to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self and others.

Qualifications:

• •Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement and any other related course
• •2-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles
• •Procurement and purchasing processes
• •Purchase order management
• •Inventory and demand analysis
• •Data analysis and reporting
• •Familiarity with ERP/procurement systems such as SAP or similar platforms.
• •Knowledge of procurement policies, compliance, and internal controls.
• •Ability to work under deadlines.
• •Organization and time management
• •Decision-making and relationship management.
• •Amenable to work on permanent night shift schedule (9:30 to 6:00am)
