Primary Function:

Associate Analyst will be responsible for providing critical analysis and reporting to support the manufacturing, transport and logistics operations of the company.

Educational Background:

Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field

Experience:

• •0-3 years of experience in a materials analysis or reporting role, preferably in a manufacturing or logistics environment
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insightful recommendations
• •Proficient in using data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms
• •Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• •Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies

Roles and Responsibilities:

• •Analyse inventory levels, material consumption, and production data to identify trends and optimise supply chain efficiency
• •Prepare and present comprehensive reports on materials management, including forecasting, procurement, and inventory control
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve material-related issues and bottlenecks
• •Develop and maintain KPIs and dashboards to track materials performance and support data-driven decision making
• •Provide input on materials planning, purchasing, and logistics to improve overall operational effectiveness
