Labcorp is seeking a Supervisor to join our Animal Operations team in Greenfield, IN !
Work Schedule: Day time hours
Job Responsibilities :
- Supervise and develop a team of 10-14 animal care professionals supporting nonclinical research studies.
- Ensure compliance with animal welfare regulations, GLP requirements, and company policies.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, training, performance management, and employee development.
- Coordinate resources and operational activities to support study timelines and business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
- Partner with internal stakeholders, clients, and regulatory agencies to support successful study execution.
- Participate in audits, inspections, and client interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in animal science, biology, chemistry, microbiology, biochemistry, wildlife studies, or related life science field
1 year or more of experience in a supervisory or people leadership role
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years or more of experience in a Study Technician role
- AALAS certification at the Laboratory Animal Technologist (LATG) level.
Experience working in a regulated research environment.
Knowledge of GLP, GXP, USDA, and AAALAC requirements.
Experience supporting nonclinical regulatory or toxicology studies.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams in a regulated environment while promoting safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems, data documentation, and quality control practices.
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with employees, clients, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Pay Range: $65,000-$75,000 annually (USD)
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
