Requisitos:

Ensino médio / técnico, completo ou cursando.

Desejável conhecimento do Pacote Office.

Desejável conhecimento de Atendimento ao Cliente.

Morar em Campinas e ou região.

Responsabilidades:

Auxiliar em atividades administrativas da Central de Operações.

Realizar cadastros e registros de Clientes.

Atendimento aos Clientes pelos canais: voz, chat ou WhatsApp.

Criar relatórios e atualizar planilhas / sistemas.

Horário de Trabalho: Das 09:00 às 15:00 horas

Local de Trabalho: Home office, com disponibilidade para estar na empresa sempre que for solicitado.

O contrato de trabalho é com a empresa e o CIEE e tem a duração de um ano e sete meses, mais ou menos.
