As an Area Teller Specialist, you'll provide exceptional service while helping customers complete their banking transactions accurately and efficiently. You'll support multiple branch locations within the market, ensuring smooth operations and delivering a consistent customer experience. Key Accountabilities

• •Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient service during customer banking transactions.
• •Identify customer needs and refer opportunities to banking partners for additional financial solutions.
• •Support teller operations and help maintain operational excellence across branch locations.
• •Educate customers on available banking products, services, and digital banking capabilities.
• •Resolve customer questions and concerns to ensure a positive banking experience.
• •Process transactions in compliance with bank policies, procedures, and security standards.
• •Service vault, ATM, and night deposit operations as assigned.
• •Travel regularly to support staffing and operational needs across multiple branches within the district.

Education & Experience

Required

• •High School diploma or equivalent.
• •2+ years of teller experience or equivalent cash-handling experience.
• •Strong customer service, communication, and operational skills.
• •Reliable transportation and the ability to travel between multiple branch locations as needed.

Preferred

• •Experience supporting operations across multiple branch locations.
• •Experience identifying customer needs and making service or product referrals.
• •Familiarity with digital banking tools and customer education.
