Assistant Clinical Director

Description

This position will be responsible for overall management of six or more clinical programs and provide direct supervision and oversight of Clinical Program Supervisors. In cases where reporting programs or program services do not have assigned supervisory staff; then, this position will provide direct staff supervision.

Requirements

• •Masters degree or equivalent experiences.
• •Clinical licensure required; CADC preferred.
• •Minimum one year of management experience and three years work experience in the field of substance abuse.
• •Knowledge and ability to manage five or more clinical programs or services.
• •Knowledge of and ability to perform clinical supervisory functions.
• •Knowledge of family based treatment and evidence based interventions.
• •Knowledge of area funding sources and experience with report writing.
• •Ability to impact outcomes and deliverables.
• •Communicate effectively in both written and verbal form.
