Assistant Ecom Customer Manager

Job Description:

JOB TITLE：

Assistant Key Account/Customer Manager (Tmart & TDI)

Key responsibilities:

Develop business plans for Tmall Supermarket and TDI channels, including volume forecasting, promotional roadmap, assortment strategy, inventory management and investment budget planning, take end‑to‑end accountability for sales and profit targets.

Maintain regular, high‑quality communication with Tmall category buyers and platform stakeholders. Negotiate campaign slots, platform subsidies and priority resources for big‑sales events.

Track channel operational metrics, conduct data‑driven analysis on sales performance, competitor activities and category trends, identify growth gaps and optimization opportunities, output actionable improvement proposals.

Customer management: TP/KOL management, selling and negotiation.

Cross functional communication: working with supply/ MKT/ finance on business delivery.

Experience and skills required:

Bachelor’s degree or above.

3+ years working experience in E-commerce. Proven hands‑on experience operating Tmall Supermarket or TDI.

High learning agility and self-driven.

Excellent negotiation, cross‑functional coordination and problem‑solving capability, result‑oriented.

Strong data‑analysis skills, commercially sensitive to sales, margin, cost and investment efficiency.
