Designation: Assistant Facility Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

Building Maintenance:

• •Oversee the maintenance and functionality of building systems, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and fire/life safety systems.
• •Ensure systems comply with safety regulations and operational standards.

Operational Oversight:

• •Provide expert advice on requirements for HVAC equipment, vertical transportation, roofs, electrical distribution, and other building systems.
• •Make independent operational decisions within department policies and position scope.

Analysis and Reporting:

• •Gather and analyze data, prepare operational reports, and assess the effectiveness of current and proposed services.
• •Recommend improvements to ensure compliance with federal, state, and organizational requirements.

Resource Management:

• •Guide supervisors on optimizing the distribution of custodial and general operational resources.
• •Evaluate and allocate resources efficiently to maintain uninterrupted facility operations.

Team Leadership:

• •Supervise and lead the facility management team to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
• •Provide direction, training, and support to team members to achieve operational excellence.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/B.E.E) or related field.
