ASSISTENT TEAMLEIDER PRODUCTIE

32-36 uur per week

Samen met je collega’s Manager Productie en (ass)Teamleiders geef je leiding aan een team farmaceutische productiemedewerkers. Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van de dagelijkse productie. Hiervoor assisteer jij de teamleider bij uitvoering van de werkzaamheden en zie je erop toe dat het werk wordt verricht volgens de gestelde procedures en kwaliteitsnormen. Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor het reilen en zeilen binnen de afdeling Operations waarbij betrokkenheid, input en persoonlijke initiatieven worden gewaardeerd.

• Je vindt het leuk om productieprocessen te ondersteunen en haalt energie uit het coachen en stimuleren van medewerkers op de werkvloer.
• Verder ben je minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar en bent flexibel inzetbaar. Je voldoet aan de minimale beschikbaarheidseis van twee avonden per week en eens per vier weken op de zaterdag.

Maandag t/m vrijdag werken wij in 3 blokken, startend van 8:00 uur tot 21:30 uur. Op zaterdag werken wij van 8:00 uur tot 17:00 uur

Wat ga je doen?

• •Je assisteert de teamleiders met de functionele aansturing van het productieproces;
• •Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een procesonderdeel;
• •Motiveren en stimuleren van medewerkers binnen jouw procesonderdeel;
• •Input geven aan teamleiders over het functioneren van medewerkers;
• •Signaleren van verbeteringen en optimalisaties en het realiseren hiervan;
• •Indien nodig openen en sluiten;
• •Toezien op uitvoering van procedures gericht op medicatieveiligheid e.d.;
• •Je prioriteit ligt bij aansturing van het proces, maar je werkt indien nodig ook zelf mee.

Wat we van je vragen:

• •MBO werk- en denkniveau, dit kan getoetst worden;
• •Je haalt energie uit het stimuleren van medewerkers;
• •Je bent iemand die zich betrokken voelt bij de organisatie en de mensen;
• •Je bent flexibel en minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar.

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.

2+ years of experience in production support, operations support, manufacturing support, materials coordination, or a related field required.

Certification in industrial equipment operation or manufacturing processes preferred.

• Reads and interprets documents, product labels, and instructions accurately in English.
• Documents production activities clearly to ensure compliance and traceability.
• Applies basic mathematical concepts to support production and operational tasks.
• Demonstrates technical proficiency in manufacturing operations and equipment handling.
• Collaborates effectively within team-based environments to support operational goals.
• Organizes tasks and materials with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Applies sound judgment to follow detailed instructions and standard procedures.
• Troubleshoots routine production issues using structured problem-solving approaches.
• Applies workplace organization principles to maintain organized and efficient work environments.
• Adapts to changing production needs, including extended or flexible working hours.
