Job Description:
Associate, Analytics and Performance Insights
Do you enjoy harnessing the power of data to uncover insights that lead to actions? The Manager, Analytics and Performance Insights, leverages data to drive results and improve the associate, leader and customer experience within our Brokerage Client Services team. You will help build trust in our data products as we prepare for timely, personalized diagnostics that will be provided to our customer-facing teams and business partners.
The location of this position is Salt Lake City UT.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring
3 plus years working in Data and or Analytics or a degree in the field
Bachelor’s degree required
Experience working on multiple projects at one time, in collaboration with others
Prior experience presenting data concepts to peers and managers
Practical understanding of data management concepts, semantic-tagging, data governance principles, and practices
Experience in data quality, data management, analytics, visualization and data prep using low/no-code tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Qlik, PowerBI, Snowflake, AtScale, Salesforce, Ataccama, Alation and Colibra
Strong desire to learn AI, Predictive Analytics and Machine Learning concepts
You thrive in an environment where data is abundant
You believe in trust and accountability, especially as it relates to how data is managed and consumed
You have strong foundational skills in documentation, organization and accuracy
You can work with agility, curiosity and creativity among large data sets
You are comfortable testing different approaches and tools to uncover insights

You are responsive and proactive with the partners that rely upon you for quality data
You are always scanning for the best approach on how to leverage and work with our data
You believe that quality and scale are critical to anything that you build.
You value pace over perfection but understand the appropriate time and place for both approaches.
The Team
The Manager, Analytics and Performance Insights is part of Fidelity’s Brokerage group, specifically within the Strategy, Planning and Enablement Team. We provide holistic reporting and analytics support to the Brokerage Client Services organization. We are a leading provider of investment management, retirement planning, family conversations, portfolio guidance, brokerage, benefits outsourcing, and many other financial products and services. - Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model
- Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
