Your role

• •Managing complex O2C cases: billing corrections, unapplied cash, short‑pays, disputes, high‑risk overdue items;
• •Performing detailed account reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of customer financial data;
• •Analyzing recurring issues and recommending corrective or preventive actions;
• •Delivering O2C training, onboarding sessions, and knowledge‑sharing workshops;
• •Supporting audits, control checks, and compliance requirements;
• •Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, and Logistics to resolve cross‑functional issues.

Your Profile

• •English and German – minimum B2 level;
• •The baccalaureate diploma is mandatory as a minimum educational qualification;
• •Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills;
• •Continuous improvement mindset and ability to document standardized processes;
• •Excel advanced/medium knowledge
