The Associate Customer Care Representative is intended as an early-career-level operational position in Hempel’s Customer Care organization, primarily providing back-office and transactional support to the Customer Care team. The role focuses on executing defined and routine customer care activities, including customer documentation, quotations, order placement, order tracking, delivery status updates, product information, and related administrative activities.

Key responsibilities:

o Ensure assigned customer care activities are completed accurately, promptly, and in line with agreed service levels and standard procedures.

o Maintain complete and reliable customer and transaction records across relevant systems.

o Contribute to a consistent customer experience by taking ownership of assigned requests and following through to completion.

Daily operational tasks:

o Managing quotations in the ERP systems, including the preparation and facilitation of necessary documentations.

o Performing Ad hoc activities to enhance customer experience.

o Outbound and inbound customer communication

o Administration related to customer-related inquiries.

o Customer data management

Additional non-operational tasks:

o Ensuring that a safe and healthy work environment exists by adhering to company health, safety, and environment policies.

o Ensure the upholding of local and global compliance rules when handling quotes and documents.

o Any general task and/or activity as is required and related to the above functions in accordance with the business requirements of the company.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Ideally a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience within Customer Care and/or order to cash environments.
  • Proficient with standard MS Office programs
  • Working efficiency (written and spoken) in English.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Care department (preferrable).
