Associate Director, Client Services

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Associate Director, Client Services based in the United States.

This is a senior client services leadership role focused on managing and growing a portfolio of high-value client relationships within a performance marketing environment. You will act as a strategic advisor, connecting marketing performance to broader business outcomes and helping clients make informed decisions. The role combines commercial thinking, performance analysis, relationship management, and operational leadership rather than hands-on campaign execution. You will collaborate closely with Paid Media, SEO, Measurement, Creative, Sales, and delivery teams to ensure accounts remain successful and commercially healthy. A major part of the role involves identifying risks early, navigating complex client challenges, and uncovering opportunities for retention, expansion, and growth. This is a fully remote opportunity suited to an experienced agency leader who enjoys solving complex problems and influencing strategy.
