Associate Director, Commercial Master Data Management

• This is a senior, hands-on data leadership role responsible for shaping commercial master data capabilities across a complex enterprise environment.
• You will own key commercial data domains and establish governance, stewardship, quality, and lifecycle practices that enable trusted business decisions.
• The role spans customer, provider, payer, patient, product, consent, and organizational data, with a strong focus on creating reliable master records.
• You will work closely with Commercial Operations, Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Compliance, and Technology teams to translate business needs into scalable data solutions.
• The position combines data architecture, MDM engineering, analytics enablement, platform management, and operational improvement.
• You will also coordinate vendors and distributed delivery teams while directly implementing data quality, integration, and automation improvements.
