Associate General Counsel

• This role serves as a strategic legal advisor supporting the development, manufacture, regulatory compliance, lifecycle management, and commercialization of medical technology products across North America.
• You will partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to provide practical legal guidance throughout the full product lifecycle.
• The position combines commercial contracting, healthcare regulatory advice, product development support, risk management, and strategic transaction work.
• You will collaborate with teams across research and development, engineering, quality, regulatory, procurement, manufacturing, clinical, medical, sales, and marketing.
• A key focus is translating complex legal and regulatory requirements into practical, business-oriented solutions that support innovation and growth.
• You will also contribute to modernizing legal service delivery through AI, Enterprise Legal Management, Contract Lifecycle Management, and other technology-enabled tools.
